competitive market analysis - We will do research into similar properties that have recently been sold, with an understanding of current market trends, so that we can have a candid discussion about what a realistic listing price would look like for your home. 

MLS® listing - your property will be displayed online using the MLS® System with co-operating brokerages to maximize your homes online visibility (unless you desire otherwise).

buyer qualification - Knowing the difference between what you need, what you want, and what you can afford can be complicated. We will listen and make sure that your search evolves with each showing, so that at the end of the process you've found the home that is right for you.

property showings - after we have discussed the criteria for your home search, we will set up relevant showings, accompany you, give suggestions about the property being viewed, and make sure to adapt the search as required. 

writing an offer - deciding on the terms and conditions of your written offer is complex. By representing you as a client, we make sure that your best interest is kept at the forefront of the agreement. 

keeping you informed - throughout the entire process we will make sure that you understand all of the real estate terms used, keep you up to date on any offer, counter offer, or agreement written, and be able to give you estimations of service costs associated with closing the sale.
